Provides training for new delivery partners, ensuring the latest training materials are being used and offering feedback on how to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
Conducts and/or cascades training when new procedures and systems are rolled out.
Co‑ordinates with operations teams to ensure all concerned members are compliant with training requirements and highlights any non‑compliance.
Directly responsible for training new teams at new facilities.
Familiar with Operations SOPs and the applications used by operations.
Organizes and conducts face‑to‑face or virtual training sessions.
Schedules training sessions properly.
Conducts tests to confirm trainees’ comprehension.
Provides feedback to HLs and FLs on trainees who struggled during training and may be at high risk of failure.
