Lead and administer the inventory control staff, support the development and implementation of inventory strategies and systems, and optimize costs. Develop and lead continuous improvement projects for materials processes, procedures, inventory management/control, and other related activities. Work actively with plant materials personnel and other related groups to continually monitor progress and make necessary corrections and improvements.

• Support Finance & Internal audit requirements using Inventory control standard processes and customized solutions where necessary.
• Assure collaboration between planning, warehouse, and production teams to reach highest accuracy levels.
• Manage and develop the Scheduler Sr. and plant direct reports.
• Ensure inventory control plans are 100% achieved.
• Work in coordination with Manufacturing and Quality teams on changes or deviations required....
