            About the role - you will:  Own and maintain sputter equipment performance  Ensure equipment meets uptime, quality, and OEE targets 
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues 
  
Drive maintenance excellence  Develop, execute, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance strategies 
Support reduction of unscheduled downtime through reliability improvements 
  
Technical problem solving & improvement  Analyze process/equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities 
Implement engineering solutions to improve yield, uptime, and cost performance 
  
Support production operations  Work closely with production, maintenance, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues 
Provide technical support during shift operations and critical tool recovery
