We have an exciting opportunity, which doesn’t come around often, for a Spray Operator/Combine Driver to join our small team in Oxfordshire!

Responsibilities

• Lead spray operator and combine driver specifically a CLAAS 8700 Lexion and Horsch trailed on a Fendt 728.
• Maintain vehicles, machinery, and equipment to a high standard.
• Responsible for stock management including fertilisers etc.
• Manage the infield operation of the harvesting team and coordinate tractors and trailers.
• Liaise with our company agronomists and farm manager to understand spraying requirements.
• Ensure that records are kept up to date and accurate through our state‑of‑the‑art ag system XFarm.
• Work safely within our onsite workshop.
• Undertake other general farm work activities as required.
