Key Responsibilities - Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, degrease, sandblast, and mask parts to ensure optimal paint adhesion and protect unpainted areas.
- Paint Mixing: Measure and mix paints, thinners, and catalysts according to Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to achieve the correct color, viscosity, and chemical properties. (1)
- Coating Application: Operate industrial spray equipment (e.g., HVLP guns, airless sprayers) to apply primers, base coats, and top coats uniformly across metal, plastic, or composite surfaces.
- Curing & Oven Operation: Manage and monitor the curing process in industrial ovens to ensure coatings harden correctly without defects.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished items for surface imperfections (e.g., runs, sagging, peeling) and conduct thickness or durability tests.
