If you've built your career in a spray booth — whether that's automotive finishing, heavy equipment, aerospace components, industrial parts, or anywhere else precision spray application is the craft — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee the daily operations of a coatings facility, managing workflow, quality, scheduling, and safety while working alongside R&D and technical teams on process improvements and new initiatives. Just as importantly, you'll be the person who develops the next generation of applicators — mentoring and training people who take the same pride in their work that you do.
