Perform thorough assessments of clients' muscular conditions, injuries, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer sports massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching, and trigger point therapy to address muscle tension, soreness, and injuries.
Educate clients on the benefits of sports massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance recovery and prevent injuries.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of clients' progress, treatment plans, and sessions.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, including client confidentiality and informed consent.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sports Massage Therapist or in a similar roles will be an advantage.
