SPEN Field Engineer
Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayrshire, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Greenock, Dumfries, Scottish Borders
Rate: £200–£225 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract: 6 Months (with potential to extend)
Start: Immediate
Clearance: BPSS (or ability to obtain)
TechNest are partnering with one of Scotland's biggest providers of SPEN Engineers and currently looking for 6 experienced Telecom Field Engineers to support a major Scottish Power telecommunications programme across Scotland.
This is a different opportunity to most, for you to join a high-profile project delivering and maintaining critical telecommunications infrastructure within the utilities sector.
You'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and supporting telecoms and IP networking equipment while working alongside experienced project engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
