The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for identifying patient needs and providing speech-language pathology services in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. The SLP collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to promote the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of patients through comprehensive evaluation, treatment, education, and ongoing care planning.
Screen, evaluate, and assess patients to determine speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing needs.
