We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lab Manager to lead our Specialty Gen Lab operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes initiative, thinks outside the box, and brings a strong operational and financial mindset to the role. This individual will have proven experience overseeing gen lab operations, along with the ability to motivate teams, drive process improvements, and make sound business decisions. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to jump in from day one to support our fast-paced, evolving laboratory.
