Position Overview

Our company’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization is responsible for the design, governance, and execution of global processes. Within GBS, the Source to Settle (STS) organization executes Vendor Master Data, Supplier Onboarding, Purchasing, Invoice Entry, Accounts Payable Management, Settlements, and STS Support. The Specialist, STS Purchasing Support provides day‑to‑day Purchasing Support activities, ensuring timely, high‑quality, compliant operational support across assigned processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day Purchasing Support activities across assigned areas in accordance with established procedures, controls, and service expectations.
