Position: Specialist: Strategic Sourcing

Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Position Purpose: The Specialist: Strategic Sourcing supports sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluation, and commercial analysis to drive cost‑effective procurement within the HPU. The role assists in executing sourcing events, conducting market and spend analysis, preparing commercial recommendations, and ensuring procurement compliance. The Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize value, mitigate risk, and support category strategies.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience in complex or regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, finance, public sector) is an advantage.
