Develop and implement appropriate quality improvement practices.
Coordinate the development of appropriate frameworks and processes for establishing quality standards and operational procedures, and for identifying hazards.
Assist in the development of controls and provide support for audits, drills, training, and education to ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Disseminate knowledge pertaining to quality assurance procedures and best practices, including quality audits and statistical analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any medical-related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience.
Desired: Experience in a large healthcare facility.
