Troubleshoot and resolve NFV infrastructure issues, ensuring proper security controls are in place.
Maintain regular backups of the system.
Provide on‑call duty as required.
Develop metrics for NFV infrastructure; establish dashboards for monitoring them and key performance indicators.
Provision and de‑provision services and ensure SLA compliance.
Collaborate with Engineering team on capacity expansion and change requests.
Qualifications
Recognized university degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in OpenStack administration and NFV infrastructure.
Knowledge or willingness to learn containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and scripting languages such as Bash, Python and PowerShell.
