ReturnPro is looking for a result driven, team and detail orientated, organized IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will assist with internal network changes and hardware implementations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Assist with helpdesk related calls, emails, and tickets. This position requires understanding of networking, hardware, and infrastructure technologies. Primary Responsibilities
