Position Summary

The Industrial Engineering Specialist supports the Manager Industrial Engineering within the Ops Strategy & Engineering team on operational improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, standardization, and process improvement across JetBlue operations. This role assists with data collection, time studies, process analysis, dashboard development, and implementation support for operational projects.
