Your responsibilities

• Support in maintaining and updating the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP (EuPIA) standards, and other standards as required, based on the instructions of the supervisor and the responsible subject-matter experts.
• Independent updating of IMS documents and support with document revisions in consultation with the supervisor.
• Support with internal and external quality and standards audits, including the preparation and follow-up of measures.
• Support in implementing legal and corporate EHQ requirements.
• Assumption of operational tasks in environmental reporting.
• Processing of customer requests, such as questionnaires, statements, compliance information, traceability, PCF and recyclability, based on existing requirements and templates.
