Summary

Spire is seeking a Specialist, Distribution Project. This position manages and executes multiple simultaneous distribution projects and determines the best course of action based on sound feasibility analysis or business needs, including government relocation and replacement projects. The position is responsible for the full lifecycle of project management until the customer is provided natural gas service, including developing detailed and accurate project cost estimates, operational planning, permitting, as-building, and leadership of construction activities with both other internal teams (sales, System Planning, Engineering, TFO, CFO, Supply Chain, and Major Projects) and the distribution alliance contractors. This role ensures distribution projects and associated documentation are completed on time, in alignment with Duke Energy policies and procedures, and within budget.
