**What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ 1 year of relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience working in cargo claims
+ 1 year of experience working in transportation operations or a logistics environment
+ 2 years of experience investigating customer complaints/issues and resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction
+ Experience working as a member of an integrated team
+ Customer service knowledge with the ability to advocate for the customer
+ Knowledge and understanding of the basic requirements for freight movement
+ Able to effectively cross-train other employees
