The role:

The post holder will hold SCPHN (School Nursing) master’s level qualification with key responsibilities for a caseload of children and young people as an integral member of the team to deliver on the agreed pathways for School Nursing as per transforming nursing roles strategy.

At present we focus of Emotional Health and Wellbeing providing evidence based intervention after assessment ,analysis and plan of care to improve wellbeing and outcomes, child protection and transition work with a view to increasing to 10 agreed pathway...
