for inclusion in its proposed technical team for a short term consultancy assignment .
The assignment focuses on strengthening inclusive Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) systems by adapting selected vocational training curricula, teaching practices, assessment approaches, accessible learning materials, and learner support systems to improve access, participation, retention, successful completion, and transition-to-work outcomes for young persons with disabilities.
The Special Needs Education Expert will provide technical leadership on inclusive pedagogy, learner support, special needs assessment, Universal Design for Learning, reasonable accommodation, accessible content, assistive technologies, inclusive assessment methods, and practical guidance for Vocational Training Centre trainers.
