Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet student needs
• Support students with learning, developmental, or behavioral challenges
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
