Job Summary

Manages a diverse portfolio of business and agricultural loans that require special attention.Makes decisions on special asset credits within established lending limits or makes recommendations to the EVP – Chief Credit Officer or Central Credit Committee.Works as a consultant with all business and agricultural lenders and assists them in terms of managing credits that are faced with some form of difficulty. Assists with the management, servicing and liquidation of the Bank’s OREO assets.Assists all lenders in the repossession and liquidation of personal property.Adheres to all loan policies with specific emphasis as to the Problem Loan/Workout Policy, OREO Policy, and loan delinquency, collection, and repossession of personal property procedures.
