(2-3 sentences describing job purpose): Position for a BCBA on the Behavior Support Team (BST) under the SEL/Student Support Services Department primarily supporting a cluster of schools within the district. Responsibilities include building capacity at the school level through training MNPS employees in implementation of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic strategies, providing behavior support through consulting, modeling and coaching of strategies across all three tiers to school staff, and conducting functional behavior assessments and/or analysis.
