The Spares Supervisor is responsible for oversight and operation of the Spares stockroom area. The position manages and reports revolving inventory levels while ensuring material requisitions are filled promptly, reporting discrepancies and material shortages while maintaining accurate inventory control records.

**What you will be responsible for:**

+ Serve as supervisor of assigned staff with responsibilities including interviewing / selection, monitoring of performance / attendance, scheduling, assignment of qualified personnel for tasks, administering of disciplinary action, separation of employment, and assistance in the resolution of employee related issues regarding assigned staff.
