Job Description
In this dynamic role you will interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. The position is on‑site and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding the client’s products and/or services.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the end‑clients and solve accounting related questions with reactivity.
- Educate users on how to manage their business better.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales and Product teams.
- Ensure best‑in‑class service is given to customers.
- Collaborate with multiple teams on a regular basis to build the Customer Success brand across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced English.
