The Clinical Director is responsible for aligning Spanish River Counseling Center with the vision, mission and goals of Spanish River Church and its ministries to cast vision for the SRCC team and spur growth of the counseling center.
The Clinical Director integrates professional care and services into the needs of Spanish River Church, Spanish River Christian School, Spanish River Church Plants, and the community at large.
The Clinical Director recruits, develops and oversees Psychologists, Therapists, Coaches and Administrative Staff in policy implementation and all tasks relating to the health care needs of those that Spanish River Counseling Center serves.
