Role Overview:

Qualifications:

  • Spanish Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
  • At least High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years tenure in current/previous company
  • Preferably with US Healthcare experience
  • Strong communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
