Supervise the daily operations of the spa, including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, wet areas (sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool), fitness facilities, and retail areas
Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in line with brand and spa standards
Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
Conduct daily briefings, on-the-job training, and performance evaluations for spa staff
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Spa Manager when necessary
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas in line with UAE health and safety regulations
