            Guest Experience & Operations  Conduct general receptionist duties, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests. 
Identify, evaluate, and resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. 
Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business. 
Ensure the reception area, associated equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and well‑maintained at all times. 
Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests. 
Ensure all guest bookings, confirmations, and follow‑ups are completed efficiently. 
Monitor guest preferences and feedback to personalize service and enhance guest satisfaction.
