Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is a sanctuary of luxury and sophistication overlooking the iconic Marina Bay.

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Spa Department, the Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service by managing reception, retail, relaxation areas and sales. Other duties include booking treatments, assisting guests, maintaining inventory, handling inquiries, and supporting smooth spa operations. The Spa Concierge reports to the Treatment Manager.

• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
