SOX 404 Analyst

Location: Asia Pacific, Philippines, Metro Manila, Taguig. Work Location: Hybrid. Role reports to: SOX 404 Senior Analyst.

The SOX 404 Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing design, testing, and monitoring the company’s SOX 404 financial risks, focusing on testing key controls for Kenvue Legal Entities. The role partners closely with business leaders and is the first level escalation for SOX testing matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SOX 404 testing and drive compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements in coordination with SOX 404 Program Management Office (PMO).
• Perform process walkthroughs and document process narratives and/or process flows.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls and provide recommendation on Finance business process improvements.
