Salary: Circa £60,000 package

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a busy, high-quality pub and restaurant in Maida Vale.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Sous Chef who wants to work in a serious food-led kitchen with quality produce, strong standards and a busy London service.

The venue is a stunning four-storey pub, with a different guest experience across each floor. The food is built around British produce, strong suppliers, seasonal ingredients and proper cooking.

You will need to be confident leading from the front, driving standards through service and supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
