We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to support the leadership of our culinary operations across the hotel, including restaurant service and high-volume banqueting.
This is a key leadership role for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes across all service styles.
Working closely with the Executive Chef and broader culinary leadership team, you will support daily kitchen operations across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar, in-room dining, and a wide range of conferences, weddings, and special events. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, driving consistency, and supporting the development of the kitchen team.
