We're looking for a Sous Chef to join us at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa. Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll help keep the kitchen running smoothly, support the wider team and take pride in delivering great food for our guests.

Whether you're already a Sous Chef or you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Preparing and serving high-quality dishes.
• Helping to lead and support the kitchen team.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Assisting with stock control and ordering.
• Creating a great experience for every guest who dines with us.
