The Opportunity

As the Sourcing Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be a key contributor to the APAC sourcing operations, executing end‑to‑end, medium‑ to high‑complexity sourcing projects that drive value, compliance, and performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential suppliers across Asia, conduct initial due diligence, and carry out targeted regional benchmarking.
• Execute regional sourcing projects (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) and employ eSourcing tools for on‑market products and New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Aggregate site user requirements to maximize leverage, escalating non‑standard requests to Category Management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and proactively manage risks.
• Set up template‑based contracts (e.g., CDAs, SOWs), manage their lifecycle, renewals, and potential contractual improvements.
