The Solutions Engineer is a hands-on platform engineer and solution architect who designs and delivers enterprise-grade solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Assets, Goals/Projects) and adjacent lifecycle tooling for requirements, code and testing.

+ Take charge of designing solutions that tackle critical challenges for Product Creation and Industrialization leveraging the Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence), while setting scalable standards and overseeing governance.
+ Configure Jira/JSM/JPD/Assets elements—including workflows, schemes, automations, forms, and SLAs—to optimize delivery and service outcomes.
