Genesis10 is currently seeking a Solution Architect / Implementation Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role combines solution architecture leadership with hands-on implementation engineering for Call Recording, Analytics, and Workforce Management platforms. The position is responsible for designing scalable solutions and implementing robust, data-driven integrations that align with enterprise standards and business needs.
