The Solutions Engineer provides pre‑sales support to the sales, account management, customer success, and product teams. The role requires the ability to speak with equal credibility on both technical aspects of the product and the business challenges of each customer persona. A key stakeholder is the client CTO or CIO, with whom the Solutions Engineer leads strategic technical architecture discussions and provides clear recommendations. The Solutions Engineer organizes, plans, directs, and coordinates all aspects of the technical pre‑sales engagement, including demos, proofs of concept, security audits, requirements scoping, and proposal creation.
