Job Description

  • Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion.
  • Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure, digital transformation goals, and success metrics.
  • Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align Insider solutions with client business objectives.
  • Run pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate business value and drive successful production rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use, in close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.
  • Escalate and manage technical blockers efficiently, facilitating solutions by leveraging cross-functional expertise.
