Internal Job Title : Solution Consultant
Job Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, owning pipeline generation and revenue targets for the assigned territory
- Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and inbound leads from the Qoder website and Alibaba Cloud Marketplace
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise decision-makers (CTO, VP of Engineering, IT Directors)
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations for Qoder IDE, Qoder CLI, and QoderWork, tailored to customer use cases
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points (e.g. legacy modernization, developer productivity, workflow automation) and design solutions accordingly
