As a Solution Engineer at Tellent, you’ll partner with Strategic Account Executives to help customers understand how the Tellent Suite solves complex hiring, HR, and performance challenges.
You’ll lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and guide customers through technical validation by translating business needs into scalable solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, you’ll support integration discussions, proof-of-value engagements, and technical decision-making.
