At least 10+ years of technology experience with 2-3 years as a Solution Architect in the Payments/Cards domain
Expertise in card management platforms (e.g. VisionPLUS, Way4, First Data, CardPac etc.) and experience with end-to-end card lifecycle management, including acquiring, issuance, activation, transaction processing, and settlements.
Deep understanding of card processing flows, including authorization, clearing, and settlement, as well as dispute management and chargeback processes.
Comprehensive understanding of card products, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards, with experience in designing solutions for co‑branded cards, corporate card programs, and loyalty/rewards cards.
Experience in developing and integrating loyalty programs, cashback rewards, and installment payment options, to enhance cardholder engagement.
