Solution Architect – Building Management System (BMS)
Responsibilities
Leading the technical solution for BMS tenders. Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings to define the technical approach and ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Designing scalable BMS architectures and system integrations. Developing system architecture, network topology, and integration strategies to support reliable building automation solutions.
Developing technical proposals and cost estimates. Preparing solution designs and supporting accurate cost estimation to ensure competitive and compliant project bids.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong proposals. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to align technical solutions with project requirements.
