We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established department for this Legal 500 firm, seeing growth and will offer career support, good benefits and hybrid working.

The work will be a mix of transactional sale & purchase of both leasehold and freehold commercial properties, acquisitions and disposals, negotiation of leases, renewals and rent reviews. The work is non-contentious, although you will work at times with the property litigation team, but your caseload will include refinancing and bridging financials for a variety of clients who will be from retail, hospitality, office and charity sectors.

The team are a variety of fee earners with paralegal support and we are seeking a calm legal property professional able to meet deadlines, and work with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
