A highly regarded law firm in Essex is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join it's established Property department. You'll be part of a busy property department, playing a key role in the team's continued success. This position will allow you to gain greater exposure to a highly valuable and diverse caseload and this position would suit an ambitious conveyancer seeking long-term career development.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, lease extensions, re-mortgages and transfers of equityDeliver a high standard of client care, ensuring strong and lasting client relationshipsProvide support to junior members of the team and legal assistantsPlay an active role in networking and business development to promote the team and wider firm Requirements
