The role

Southern Housing is looking for a Solicitor (Transactions) to provide high-quality legal advice on property-related matters and other transactional, non-contentious matters to Southern Housing and its Group partners.

You will undertake freehold and leasehold conveyancing across residential and commercial property matters, draft property-related transactional documents and contracts.
