Seeking an Engineer with sailing experience for a private sailing yacht (approx. 30m).

Position: Stewardess? (clarify role as described: 34m private sailing yacht) • Permanent position to start ASAP • Current location: Palma de Mallorca • Light use in the Mediterranean with Palma as a base • Crew of 4 with nice owners

Responsibilities

• Run and manage the engine room with the expectation of being hands-on and self-sufficient.
• Maintain organization and motivation in daily operations.
• Support sailing operations with a light-use itinerary in the Mediterranean.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role on private yachts.
• Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, AEC 1&2
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: DOE
• Itinerary: Mediterranean (Summer 2026); Caribbean, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico (Winter)
