Job Description

POSITION DETAILS:

Employment Type : FREELANCE INSTALLER

Salary : 1,500 to 2,000 per day

Tools & Equipment : Provided by Onsolar

Travel : Occasional provincial installations (paid travel)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands‑on experience in Electrical Installation, Solar equipment installation and trouble shooting.
• Preferably with Solar Installation Experience (1 to 3 years).
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
• Willing to learn and take on new technical tasks.
• Self‑driven with positive work attitude and professionalism.
• Welding skills is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct and maintain basic Electrical and Solar system components with their proper usage.
• Perform installation, wiring and maintenance of solar and electrical equipment.
