Respond to client concerns, technical issues, and service requests related to installed solar systems.
Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system abnormalities or failures.
Coordinate repair, replacement, and corrective actions for defective components such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, breakers, and monitoring devices.
Provide remote and on-site technical assistance when necessary.
System Monitoring & Performance Checking
Monitor solar system performance using monitoring platforms and software.
Analyze generation data and identify underperformance issues.
Prepare system performance reports and recommendations for corrective action
Ensure optimal operation and efficiency of installed solar systems.
